Looking back. This is the first time we did not dock at a pier. Instead we took a water taxi.

On the beach.

We stopped by the Hilton. They have a water taxi that takes people around the property to various buildings.

They also run a short train that follows the water taxi route.

On the road back to town we drove through lava fields that were created about 150 years ago. This is the same island (but the other side) where I showed, on a prior page, the photos from our ship as we passed by the molten lava at night
