We went to Camogli to catch the ferry boat to San Fruttuoso.
In Camogli they were having market-day and as such here are photos of it.

Then we took the ferry to San Fruttuoso which is only accessible by boat.
It is not an island but rather it is on a mountainous peninsula with no roads.
